A joyful and uplifting class combining music with gentle movement to awaken the body, improve mobility and balance, and bring a greater sense of wellbeing.
Move at your own pace, enjoy the music and rediscover the simple pleasure of moving your body. Chairs are provided for anyone who would like a little extra support.
We finish with a short meditation, allowing the body to settle into a deeper sense of relaxation and calm.
All abilities welcome. No experience needed — just come along and enjoy!
